Is it possible to edit or cancel my order?

Every user reserve the right to edit or cancel his order. However, you can only cancel your order before the order is shipped for delivery, this way we can easily initiate a refund back to your payment method.

To edit your order and shipping address, you can use your account settings to change your shipping address during the checkout process. Or send us a message and we will make the changes for you!

Shipping Costs

To provide a transparent and fair service, we offer free shipping for all our orders. Once you purchase your order, you will only be charged the amount for the Mining Hardware, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you and shown on the order invoice page. Please be aware, that delivery times are estimated timeframe and start from the dates of shipment, rather than the date you placed your order. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, they are just a guide which can be subject to approval and acceptance of your order.

Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Missing, Damaged or Lost Goods

There are numerous reasons and intances a package gets damaged, lost or becomes missing. Most times, the package is either in your building or with a neighbor close to you. We recommend that users should look into most frequent hiding spots. Ensure you take a look around and give us a feedback if you find it. If you still couldnt locate your package, please contact us at theboss@miners.kamrulweb.com to report a missing or lost package.

Shipping your item Back to us

If you received a defective or damaged item, you hold the right to return the item to us, provided your return is within the 180 days provided period. Notwithstanding, we do not accept returns for product damaged due to the user’s negligence. To return your defective product, please send an email to theboss@miners.kamrulweb.com or contact us via the “Contact us” page within our website and state the reason you wish to return your item. Our Customer Service agent will reply and instruct you within 24 hours of receiving your email on how to ship your item back to the Manufacturer

TIMEMONEYPATIENCE LTD REFUND POLICY

Overview

Thank you for your purchase. We understand, sometimes you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you have any problems with your Order, please contact our Website support Department through email at theboss@miners.kamrulweb.com within 5 days of delivery.

As long as your return comply with our return conditions below, we will accept your returns, subject to the terms described herein.

Confirming your Order

Once you submit your Order, you will be prompt to make a payment; you agree to provide true and correct billing information to complete your purchase.

We will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your purchase and that your Order has been accepted by us (“Confirmation”). At this point, the contract between us (“Contract”) is formed and we will process the payment details you have given to us to make payment for your Order. Please be aware that, custom charges may vary depending on the country of origin. International orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or other local requirements (applies to international orders outside the United Kingdom).

Cancelled Order

We will not accept cancellations for orders, if for any reason the advised delivery time exceeds as your order is most likely in transit already & given the current global situation where transit times, flight schedules & delivery time frames are unpredictable and beyond our control we will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions & lockdown measures imposed.

We do not accommodate any form of cancellation. All Sales are Final. However, if you received a defective or wrong products different from the one you purchased, please send us an email with image and/or video evidence, within 24 hours of delivery and return back the damged or wrong item In its original condition within 5 days to be eligible for a return as described in the next section.

Conditions for Returned Item:

We offer 180 days warranty for all our products, so therefore, Users who received a defective or damaged item, can request a return within the 180 days warranty period by contacting TimeMoneyPatience Ltd via email at theboss@miners.kamrulweb.com.

  • Ensure to mail the damage item with image and video proof to theboss@miners.kamrulweb.com (5) Five days after delivery to be eligible for a return.
  • Your cancellation and return request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase:
  • Items must be returned back to the Manufacturer in their original condition with all packaging and all original tags and labels attached within (5) Five days after delivery confirmation by the user.
  • Return request and item must be mailed/return to the Manufacturer within (5) Five days after product delivery.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. And tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund to you.

If your return is approved, the manufacturer will notify us and initiate a repair to your order, fix it up and send it back to you using your provided delivery address. You agree to be fully responsible for paying the shipping costs of your item, when returning and shipping your item back to you. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and/or approved your return request.
